A 15" rise is not something that is typically seen on a standard ball mount or pintle hitch for a 2" receiver. The closest thing we have is the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-525. This includes their pintle lock which allows it to work as a pintle hitch. The Buyers Products Weld-On Pintle Hitch Plate # 3371809043 is definitely going to be your best bet as far as a pintle mount for a 2021 Kenworth T880. It is not custom fitted for any specific vehicle, but it can be fabricated to fit virtually any application. Currently we do not have a custom fit setup for your 2023 Chevrolet 6500 but you may be able to create a custom setup. You can use the Fabrication Kit # 3371809042 along with the ICC Bumper # 3371809025 to create your own plate. The fabrication kit includes a 5/8" thick mounting plate which is 34-1/2" wide by 15-1/2" tall.

Your best bet will be to go with one of the Bulletproof Hitch Ball Mounts # ED256. This is rated for 36,000 lbs towing and 6,000 lbs tongue weight. That's an interesting set up your client has there, and while we don't have anything specifically in that realm, there's an option for you by using channel-mounted couplers. So either of the following could work:
- Demco 4-Hole Adjustable Channel Bracket - Weld On # DM66736
- Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Coupler - Bolt On # DM15349-52

The Curt Pintle Hook # C45908 would require that your EZ Loader boat trailer has a lunette ring for the coupler. From what I can see the 26-30ET should have a surge brake coupler that would couple to a standard ball mount. You'll need to check the coupler for the ball size (likely 2" or 2-5/16") and measure for the drop/rise needed for the trailer to ride level. We have brakes shoes that are 12-1/4" x 5" but not 5-1/2". They are specifically designed for Dexter brake assemblies. I'm not sure what you have there and with a 5-1/2" width I would say they aren't from Dexter. Based on the age it is likely obsolete and would require complete replacement. I would say just replace the brake assembly but I don't see a brake flange for modern brakes to bolt onto unless it isn't visible in the picture behind your spindle somewhere. view full answer...
